My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and tidy, modern, and very comfortable, featuring a plastic clothes rail on wheels. The balcony offered a superb view of the mountains. The service was impeccable, especially during a snow scare; they even arranged a trip to the Russian border for us. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from where the bus drops you from Tbilisi, with breathtaking views of Kazbegi mountain. The dining options were superb, offering a mix of buffet and table service with excellent coffee. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all my needs during my stay.
